Can we do a petition to get more free bay in K&C as it is funny that the permit bays are always EMPTY and the free ones are always crowded?
Furthermore, can we do a petition in order to abolish all this rules to park a scooter?
In my country the scooters are allowed to park wherever in respect of the general parking rules, I really don't understand why they are discouraging people in using motorcycle. Do they understand that using motorcycles is much better both for pollution and traffic???
