Hi, any feedback welcome. I have been paying the Motorbike Bay Permit on a quarterly basis and getting email and text reminders from Westminster to renew. This didn't happen in September and as I was travelling on business I received one ticket on my return. Painful but I paid and renewed my permit. 5 weeks after that I am now receiving Notice to Owner letters every day I was not paying the parking fee - potentially 5 days worth. I did not have 5 tickets on my bike when I returned so this seems very unfair and to be honest I am about to lose it with the council.

Any thoughts? Evil or Very Mad
